  • Why is the price I’m paying for the ticket higher than the price indicated on the ticket?

    The price for a ticket differs from its nominal value and depends on the event’s popularity and seat availability. It includes the fee for ticket reservation in addition to the fees for the Company’s intermediary services.

    The prices for tickets to the most popular events may often times be much higher than the official cost of the tickets, which depends on the difficulty of obtaining the tickets (deficit) and their purchase value determined by the market prices of the country holding the event or demand on the world market.

  • What is the benefit of registering?

    Registration reduces the amount of time you will spend on making subsequent purchases. In My Account, you can track your order’s status as well as edit your profile.

  • How can I create my own profile?

    After filling out the Registration form or placing an order along with indicating your e-mail address, you will automatically receive your registration information.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    You can change your password on the My Account login page using the password recovery form.

  • My profile doesn’t work anymore. What do I do?

    Consult our email Customer Care service at support@tritickets.org or via the feedback form. The Customer Care employees will restore your registration data.

 

Ticket Search
  • What does it mean if instead of the price for the ticket category I chose, I see a message that says, “on request”?

    Ticket sales have not yet begun for the event you selected. You can create an order by filling out the order form or sending a request to order@tritickets.org. As soon as tickets become available, a Company Representative will get in contact with you and inform you of the cost of the tickets.

  • What does “General admission ticket” mean?

    Tickets that are offered as general admission tickets provide access to an event, but not to any reserved locations in the venue. Please keep in mind that these are what’s known as standing tickets. It is rare that seats not requiring specific reservation are available and there is always only a limited number of them. This does depend on the venue the event is held in.

  • I am looking for tickets to events that I didn’t find on the website. What do I do?

    If you don’t find the event you are interested in on the list, please contact us with a request to purchase these tickets and we will help you visit the event.

 

Order Placement
  • Can I make an order over the phone?

    To order tickets to any event, you can fill out the order form or call our Moscow number at +7 (495) 649-13-31.

  • Can I reserve tickets?

    Yes, you can reserve tickets. Ticket reservations are valid for up to a 24-hour period following the reservation’s confirmation by a Company Representative. The exact reservation period depends on the event date, as well as the market situation at the current time.

  • When is an order final?

    Your order will be final when an order confirmation has been sent out for it, you’ve worked out the order with the Company Representative, and the Company has received the full payment for it.
     
    Fraud Prevention The Company can reject requests within 3 business days if the requests contain incomplete or unclear information and there are also reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity with respect to an order.

  • What does “purchase guarantee” mean?

    When you buy a ticket, you get the following guarantees:
    — You receive reliable and authentic tickets.
    — You receive your tickets on time before the start of the event.
    — You conclude a ticket acquisition agreement with our company.
    — You choose the payment and delivery options that work best for you.
    — Rest assured that none of your personal information will be disseminated.

  • My order is being processed. What does that mean?

    The information regarding your order must be processed by a Company Representative. Please wait until your order is confirmed.

    The Company cannot guarantee that the Website will function properly. For this reason, the Company bears no liability for losses or damages suffered by the User or third parties as a result of failures, improper service, or faulty operation in the communication line or Internet.

  • I received an order number. What do I do with it?

    After you place a pre-order on the website, a Company Representative will contact you to work out the final order with you.

  • I didn’t get my order confirmation. What do I do?

    If you never got your order confirmation, please e-mail our Customer Care service at support@tritickets.org, call them at +7 495 649 1331, or contact them via the feedback form.

 

Order Payment
  • How can I pay for my tickets?
  • Can I make payments for tickets in advance?

    Due to the unique nature of admission ticket reservation (the primary condition for reserving admission tickets is that they are paid for beforehand and in full by suppliers/subagents), 100% of the order’s cost must be paid.

  • Can I pay for my tickets in cash when I get them?

    You can pay for your order at the company’s office or you can pay the courier in cash upon delivery. The courier delivery service is only available in Moscow.

  • Can I pay for my tickets via bank card, such as VISA/MasterCard ?

    You can pay for your order online by VISA or MasterCard. After working out your order with a Company Representative, you will be able to pay for the order from My Account using your bank card (link to the acquiring bank’s secure payment page).

  • This payment option is available both to legal entities and individuals. After working out the order with the Company Representative, you will be sent a bill for the tickets. The Company will either send it to you by fax or by e-mail. You can pay the bill at any bank’s cash register, or from the current account of a legal entity organization.

  • Can I conclude an agreement for ticket acquisition?

    You can conclude a service agreement. The Company Representative will send out the standard agreement to you for familiarization after you work out the order together.

 

Ticket Delivery
  • How can I get my tickets?
  • How do I know if the tickets have been sent out?

    The tickets will be sent out to you via express delivery after your payment is made. You will be notified by a Company Representative when the tickets are sent, and a Company Representative will also inform you of your package tracking number.

  • Can I change my mail delivery address?

    You can change the delivery address for a pre-order by calling our Customer Care service at +7(495) 649-13-31 or e-mailing them at support@tritickets.org. To make a change to your order, you will need to tell us your order number or the contact information that you specified when you placed the order. If you are registered on the Website, you can change your mailing address in My Account.

  • Can I pick up my tickets on my own?

    You can pick up the tickets on your own, if you so desire, at the Company Office located at Office 12 (second floor), Block 1, 32B, Vorontsovskaya Street, Moscow (from 9 AM to 8 PM on week days and from 11 AM to 4 PM on weekends).

  • I bought tickets for an event planned to be held abroad. When can I expect to get them?

    Tickets for events held abroad are delivered to the address where you will be staying in the city the match will be held in 1-5 days before the event date, unless other arrangements are made.

 

E-Tickets
  • What is an electronic ticket?

    An E-Ticket is a form of delivery that allows people to print out their tickets at home or anywhere that has a printer. You get an e-ticket with a unique bar-code on it, which will be checked in order for you to be admitted to the event.

  • What are the benefits of e-tickets?

    They save time: you can purchase them without having to leave your home or office.
    They save money: you won’t have to go to a store to buy them or overpay for a ticket to be delivered.
    A simpler, more comfortable procedure for stadium admittance.
    They can’t be lost or damaged.

  • How do I use an e-ticket to enter the event venue?

    Ticket barriers or mobile device control can be used for automated e-ticket control:
    Ticket barriers: walk through using your ticket form on your own, positioning the e-ticket’s bar-code up close to the ticket barrier’s scanner.
    Mobile devices: a ticket verification employee scans the bar-code on your e-ticket.
    Access to the event will be permitted as long as the access control system is displaying the “Entry Permitted” message.

  • I lost my e-ticket. What do I do?

    If you do ruin or lose your e-ticket form, you can print it out again.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel a pre-order by calling our Customer Care service at +7(495) 649-13-31 or sending them a message at support@tritickets.org. To cancel your order, you will need to inform us of your order number or your contact information that you indicated when you placed the order.

    In that case that a Service Agreement was concluded, cancellation of your order shall occur based on the annulment terms and conditions, and discontinuation of the services you acquired will take place according to the Agreement.

  • I unfortunately won’t be able to make it to the event. Can I get a refund?

    Ticket are refundable only if the event has been postponed or canceled. In that case, the Company can accept such an order under conditions of additional compensation for assistance in making the sale, but we cannot guarantee that the tickets will be sold.

  • I bought tickets to an event that was canceled. What do I do?

    Tickets may be refunded as long as they were bought from the Company.
    When tickets are refunded, their full nominal value is refunded (after the funds are received from the organizers), as well as 50% of the cost of the reservation and delivery fees. Tickets are accepted over the course of 3 days following the date of the event. In the event tickets are refunded that were paid for via bank card, the money will be refunded onto the Customer’s card by way of a cashless transfer.

  • I bought tickets to an event and they changed the time of the event. What do I do?

    In the case that an event’s date changes, ticket refunds may be provided, if the Customer so desires, as long as the event is no sooner than 10 days away. The full nominal value of the tickets will be refunded, as well as 50% of the cost of the reservation and delivery fees.
     
    In the case that an event is replaced, ticket refunds will be possible as long as the event is no sooner than 3 days away. The full nominal value of the tickets will be refunded, as well as 10% of the cost of the reservation and delivery fees. On the day that the event is held, tickets are returned at the organizer’s ticket office.
     
    In the event of ticket refunds which were paid for via bank card, the money will be refunded to the Customer’s card by way of a cashless transfer.

  • I lost my ticket, or my ticket was stolen. What do I do?

    From the moment you receive your ticket to the event, you bear full responsibility for its preservation and the ticket’s loss of validity as a result of loss or damages of any form, including ripping, breaking, and burning; any objects, liquids, or substances; the application of additional information; washing; corrections; the separation of (control) coupons, etc.

  • I want to sell a ticket that I did NOT purchase from the Company. Can I do that?

    You can sell your ticket by first filling out a special form and then a Company Representative will get in contact with you to negotiate the terms of the sale and the cost of the tickets.

  • I received my tickets, but there is someone else’s name printed on the ticket. How is that possible?

    Tritickets.org is a platform that provides an online ticket purchasing and sales service for all kinds of sports and cultural events in the secondary tickets market. That means that the Website is not an official ticket sales center. As a result, it may occur that the name printed on the ticket you received is not yours.
