This intellectual and physical property statute (‘Regulations”), intended for Internet users (the “User”), constitutes an additional rule applicable to the Common Rules and Regulations and governs the relations between the User and tritickets.org (Web site)), property of “Unified Booking System”, LLC (hereinafter “Unified Booking System”).
Unified Booking System is the owner of the website, including: the website’s design, structure, and composition; User consultations; and content, such as texts, links, banners, logos, images, pictures, and HTML-code. All intellectual and physical property rights belong to Unified Booking System, or the person and companies appearing as rights holders.
Any breach of the aforementioned rules will entail liability under Russian law. Illegal distribution, modification, transmission, or use of the website’s content by the User for public or commercial purposes is prohibited.
